LAURA PYATT PERFORMIMG ARTS PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Signing up through the website and setting up a subscription is the only booking/payment option that Laura Pyatt Performing Arts accepts.
  • Payments are taken from your account on the 1st of the month.
  •  Our fees are pro rata – the total cost of classes is split across 12 monthly payments.
  • Cancellation policy – we require one month’s written notice and fees for cancellation. 
  • You must declare all medical conditions, contact information & photo/video consent during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing info@laurapyattperformingarts.com
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to illness/your own circumstances
  • If there are any sessions missed due to bad weather or situations out of our control Laura Pyatt Performing Arts reserves the right to close if we feel that it is a high risk to the teachers as well as the children without refund of fees as this is beyond our control.
  • Our terms run alongside Staffordshire council. We are closed for school holidays and bank holidays. For October, February and May half terms Saturday classes will run for the 1st weekend and close for the 2nd.
  • Your subscription covers your weekly classes. Shows & exams are additional and info will be sent for these accordingly
